FAQ’S:

1. What is “Buy The House” all about?

Buy the house (buying the entire lot of items on a specified page) is a way for you or your decorator to source items for your foundation. Whether moving into a new space or taking your homes feel in a new direction.

2. Is adjusted pricing offered on multiple item purchases?
Adjusted pricing of less 10% is only available when buying the lot. An additional 5% is applied to use toward shipping costs when doing so.

3. Do I need a promotion code to receive the 10% off on “Buying The House”?

The 10% is already implemented. Be sure that you have the SINGLE ‘buy the house’ item in your cart which will reflect the adjusted pricing. You will need to enter promotion code ” BTH5 ” to receive your additional 5% off on shipping.

4. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on defective items only. All items offered by Pip & Estella are vintage or antique and in good to excellent condition. Any minor defects will be clearly listed in the product description. Your item must be examined within 48 hours of delivery. Please notify Pip & Estella immediately by using the contact form on the shop’s home page should your item arrive damaged.

5. How are Antique & Vintage defined?
Many items are classified prior to Pip & Estella’s acquisition. Should this information appear to be false or forged, it will not be offered to our clients. Labeling guidelines will be indicated as noted below.
Antique: decor over 100 years old.
Vintage: décor over 20 years old.

6. What forms of payment are accepted?
Major credit cards or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard & Amex

7. Do I need a Paypal account to purchase?
No, you may check out as a guest once you reach the Paypal screen.

8. Are transactions secure?
Yes. Paypal provides secure check out. Additionally, Pip & Estella is a verified merchant

9. How do I contact Pip & Estella?

10. Does Pip & Estella ship internationally?
Yes. Buyer will be responsible for any customs fees and standard international shipping charges.

11. When will my order be processed? Can I track it?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days if received by 2:00pm Eastern Time. Items will ship 1st class unless otherwise specified. Delivery time will vary based on destination. You will receive a tracking # once your order has shipped.

12. What are shipping rates?
Add the desired item to your cart, select your destination and click update. This will show the applicable shipping rate.
